Walk & Talk with Pushy Mothers

Walk & Talk with Pushy Mothers is a drop-in buggy walk guided by a Pushy Mothers instructor, run in association with local authorities around the country. This one hour session is a chance to meet new mums in the area whilst under the supervision of a postnatal specialist who offers the group expert advice about push chair posture, core stability, pelvic floor education and homecare tips to improve a new mum's well-being.
