Prenatal Exercise Advice
Unfortunately, not everyone has a Pushy Mothers Instructor nearby, but that doesn't mean we can't help! On these pages you will find some useful pregnancy and postnatal advice and exercises. Make sure you have clearance from your GP to exercise and please remember that you undertake these exercises at your own risk. If, at any time, you experience any pain, stop immediately.
